ORIENTATION PROGRAM
Every academic year, the college holds an "Orientation Program" to introduce parents and students to Ganpat University's campus and culture and to inform them of the resources available as well as the exam and credit systems and ongoing events. Additionally, students are also to enlighten about job opportunities available after graduate and post-graduation programs
FRESHERS’ PARTY “Aagman”
Ganpat University's V.M. Patel College of Management Studies hosts a Freshers Party called "Aagman" for its newly enrolled students. It is the most awaited day for all freshly enrolled students, senior students, and, most importantly, all participants to demonstrate their skill
The Freshers’ Party “Aagman” is fun filled event with complete entertainment, which includes a ramp walk, dance, songs, comedy, drama, and a variety of games, all newly enrolled students participate in it and take advantage of the opportunity to shine and showcase their talent
ANNUAL DAY CUM FAREWELL FUNCTION ‘SYNERGY’
V M Patel College of Management Studies organizes ‘ANNUAL DAY CUM FAREWELL FUNCTION ‘SYNERGY’ every year with an aim to appreciate the sparkling students and extract the concealed talent of the students. The major attraction of the event is appreciating outgoing batch for their contributions in terms of curricular and extracurricular activities by awarding them with titles and trophies and saying them goodbye with lots of fun, music, dance, etc.
NATIONAL YOUTH DAY ‘KAUSHALYAM’
V.M. Patel College of Management Studies celebrates National Youth Day on 12th January to honor the birth anniversary of the most influential spiritual leaders and philosophers of India, Swami Vivekananda with an aim to bring youths from diverse backgrounds together to inculcate spiritual harmony, peace, and brotherhood. KAUSHALYAM encompasses numerous competitions which are planted together to stipulate rampant creativity and freshness wherein the students of std 11th and 12th are invited to contribute to various scholarly events like sports, singing, dance, rangoli, treasure hunt, and quizzes
KHELOTSAV (Sports Week)
Every year, the V.M. Patel College of Management Studies hosts a sports week where students can take part in the sports they enjoy. Both intra-class and inter-class sports competitions are organized for various indoor and outdoor games like, Cricket, Volleyball, Kabaddi, Football, Badminton, Chess ,Table Tennis, Swimming etc.
NSS ACTIVITIES
V. M. Patel College of Management Studies organizes NSS camp every year with an aim to provide students with the opportunity to engage in community service activities in rural areas. the NSS Unit plans a seven-day camp in a village to help the community. NSS Unit organizes various activities like Blood Donation Camps, Medical Check Ups, Agricultural Guidance, Career Guidance, Women Employment Seminars, Women Empowerment Seminars, Tree Plantation Programs, various competitions and other developmental activities in the nearby villages.
INDUSTRY VISIT
V.M. Patel College of Management Studies organizes State -National - International Industry visits with the goal of giving students real-world experience to the corporate setting and assisting them in understanding the applications of the theories and concepts they have studied in the classroom.

YOUTH FESTIVAL (Satrang)
Ganpat University- Sports and Cultural Department organizes Youth Festival ‘Satarang’ every year wherein all constituent institutes and colleges of Ganpat University participate in the events like, One Act Play, Skit, Mime, Mimicry, Light Vocal Solo Song, Western Vocal Solo Song Classical Vocal Solo Song, Group Song, Folk Dance, Classical Dance Rangoli, Painting, Clay Modeling , On the Spot Photography, Poster Making and Elocution etc.
YUVARANGAT (Navratri Celebration)
Ganpat University celebrates Navratri centrally every year during the event all the students and staff participate enthusiastically and perform traditional garba in the evening and make the campus alive with their untiring performance on beats.
