Dr. Usha Kaushik is an Associate Professor at Ganpat University, V.M. Patel College of Management Studies, located in Gujarat, India. Dr. Usha Vikram Kaushik is an Associate Professor at V.M. Patel College of Management Studies, Ganpat University, with over 17 years of experience. She has received the Ganpat University President Award for staff excellence in research in 2019 and 2021. She is also the recipient of the best research paper award in the 2nd and 3rd International Multidisciplinary Conferences held by the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Ganpat University. As a recognized Ph.D. guide, she has successfully supervised four Ph.D. and eleven M.Phil. students. Her research interests span various subjects such as Business Communication, Soft Skills, Film Adaptation, Indian English Literature, and Post-colonial writings She has published extensively in national and international journals and serves as an associate editor of the GUJARISSH journal published by Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ganpat University.
